The Process

Our process below is outlined to assist our clients in understanding the basic structure of what will take place throughout our association. We are committed to keeping you informed along the way. During our initial consultation, we will discuss these steps with you in more detail and answer any questions you may have.

Please be assured that we will take every action to forecast and communicate any events that may impact on timelines such as weather or material availability. We are proactive and will find solutions so we build and deliver according to the our undertaking at the commencement of your project.

STEP 1 : CONSULTATION
At your initial consultation with Troy (Director), you are able to discuss designs, ideas and budget at our display home, office or your site.  We will ensure your ideas fit your budget.  No Surprises.

STEP 2 : DESIGN
If you do not have a set of plans we are able to introduce you to our recommended designer.  Together you are able to come up with a concept plan that suits your dream, site and budget requirements.  Our team has a wealth of experience building boutique quality homes.

STEP 3 : PREPARATION & PRELIMINARY PLANS
After your design and plans are finalised you are able to meet with Troy to review them.  The plans will be sent out for comprehensive preliminary pricing. All our homes are priced with our generous and high end “Black” specification.  Again, we are always looking to avoid surprises.  Here your home is placed into the “build schedule” so that delays on starting are minimised.

STEP 4 : ENGINEERING APPROVALS & INTERIOR CONSULTATION 
This is the excited stage of the process where you are able to work our “in house” Interior Designer to develop your full exterior and interior selections.  At the same time your working drawings, engineering, energy reports and timber frame will be put together for full council approvals.  At this stage a final quote will be given for the project.

STEP 5 : CONSTRUCTION
Once all council approvals are received, finance approval is in place and contract is signed construction will commence. This is generally within weeks of signing the contract or on a mutually agreed date.  We offer a total building management service and are in touch with you constantly during construction with numerous site meetings during the build.  Read our testimonials to confirm our performance.

STEP 6 : HAND OVER AND ONGOING SUPPORT
We care for you long after you have taken the keys and moved into your new home, we are only a phone call away should you have any questions or for any after care you may need.
