Davina and I can not speak highly enough of Klemm Homes. Their attention to detail is second to none and nothing was ever too hard. We are beyond happy and love living in our new home.

Klemm Homes, working from our design and utilising some of our suppliers and specialist fabricators worked closely with their trusted contractors to deliver a wonderful home for our family. We have had a positively enjoyable and rewarding building experience with Troy and his team at Klemm Homes. Careful and thorough upfront planning meant our project was smoothly delivered on expected budget and timeframe, with no unpleasant surprises. Troy is the ultimate building professional - he was approachable, patient, understanding and helpful throughout our build and beyond - always accessible, no problem was too big or too small. He has a great eye for detail and access to an expert team of hand-picked trades who were totally invested in the high standard that he demanded. We were very lucky to have been able to secure Troy Klemm to complete a major renovation of our home at Highgate. It was a major project and not without its challenges given our original home was built in 1910. No matter what challenge arose, Troy was able to find a solution and the end result is nothing short of spectacular. Troy entertained all of my crazy ideas including; a steam room, a concrete resin feature wall and bark all the way from New York to provide a feature within our glass study door. Not once did Troy say it was too hard and as a result our home is everything we imagined it could be and more. Troy operates with the highest level of integrity, honesty and professionalism. Best of all he offered us a bespoke service so we did not get a home that looks like everyone else's. He takes ownership of any problems and the quality of the finishes, workmanship and the materials is extremely high. Troy helped transform our house into our dream family home and we are so glad he was our builder. If I convince my husband to do this again in the future, I would not go to any other builder and I would have no hesitation in recommending Klemm Homes to others. You won't be disappointed with the end result!

We have just finished building with Troy and his team at Klemm Homes and have had the most enjoyable and stress-free building process imaginable. Nobody can believe that we really enjoyed building a house! Our house was built within our budget, exactly on time and everything is of the highest quality. No shortcuts were taken and we could see everything we were paying for, throughout the whole process. There were no hidden costs or nasty surprises. I read the testimonials on the website before we decided to build with Klemm Homes and didn't really believe the process could be that good, but it definitely was. Carmel-Anne was our site manager and she was brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and any issues we had were solved immediately. Carmel-Anne treated our building process as though she was building her own house. Every single tradesperson was also great to deal with and their work was impeccable. They worked some nights and weekends to get our house built on schedule and they accommodated minor changes that we made along the way without any complaints. In summary, you cannot go wrong building with Klemm Homes. They are fantastic!

We have just built our beautiful custom family home with Klemm Homes in Unley. When we first met Troy Klemm our first impression was that he was a builder and not a salesperson, which was very refreshing. From that first meeting to the conclusion of our build, Troy was responsive, calm, solution focused, and always transparent around costs. Troy committed to a build where we were in before Christmas, and we were! He is definitely a builder with integrity. We cannot thank Klemm Homes enough for the quality of our build which has far exceeded our expectations.

We really appreciate Troy's honesty and up front approach. He was always understanding and patient when we couldn't make a decision. Whenever we thought there was a problem, Troy was already on top of it. Klemm Homes employees and contractors always maintained a professional manner and high quality workmanship. We personally felt part of the project, always being updated of how things were going.

Building your dream home, moving and expecting your third child all at the same time, may go down as the most stressful thing we could have done. However it was a seamless experience with Klemm Homes. Troy and team were clearly the best in this field for being able to juggle a dream build, deal with a budget, intervene and suggest where appropriate and then combine all of those factors and deliver an amazing property on time. We made the best decision of our life by choosing Klemm Homes and have adored our home since moving in. You certainly know the decision was right when people ask you post build, ‘what would you change?’ and you can’t answer the question.

I can't speak highly enough of Klemm Homes. People are always amazed when we rave about our builder as usually they only hear complaints from people about their builders! Klemm Homes delivered our extension on time, below budget and helped us every step of the way. Troy was very patient in explaining things to me, as I had never renovated before and the tradies were very highly skilled and professional. Troy has very high expectations and will only deliver something that is done to the highest standard. I recommend Klemm Homes wholeheartedly to anyone who is considering building.
